We do not profit from Artists or their copyrighted works. ALL Recordings are from LIVE Performances and are intended to showcase DJ Mix-Master Jon's Performances & skills. Under our Terms of Service, there is NO intention to violate someone else's intellectual property rights OR profit from their works. In fact, all audio or video mixes are intended to promote the Music Industry and its Artists, in addition to local DJ talent. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions below, which are applicable to the Subscription Plans.
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the paid subscription plans. In some cases, there are conditions placed on the purchased of individual Audio or Video mixes that are provided on this website.
Payment Terms

Payment Terms: Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. All subscriptions renew automatically, until the subscription is cancelled. All subscription payments will be processed by credit card via our third-party provider.

Personal or Credit Card Information: We do not hold any personal information or credit card information on this website.

Renewal Payments: If renewal payments fail, on subsequent renewals, you will be sent an e-mail reminder, and provided with a 3-day courtesy grace period. If declined payments cannot be rectified, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will have to re-subscribe in order to activate your service.

Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees for the current subscription term are non-refundable. Payments for one-time individual Audio & Video remixes are non-refundable.
Restriction on Use

Restrictions on Use: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual subscriptions are available for personal viewing, searching and downloading Audio and Video Mixes.

You may enjoy your downloads on your computer, or any other personal device, however, the downloaded content is copyrighted and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone.

All Audio and Video mixes are recorded live during DJ Mix-Master Jon's performances, and are intended to showcase his unique performances and skills. All Audio & Video content are copyrighted and cannot be used in live performances or any other venue to generate profit.

We make all Audio & Video content available to our subscribers in the interest of enjoyment, entertainment, or the promotion of Artists or local DJ's.

Returns / Refunds

Returns and Refunds: There are no refunds on digitally downloaded Audio & Video Mixes.

Termination of Subscription
Termination of Subscription: There are no full or partial refunds for a current subscription period.
